Not every insurance will reimburse for massage.

Both 60 and 90 minute massage sessions can incorporate a variety of techniques and modalities including:
Swedish Massage
Deep Tissue Massage
Neuromuscular Techniques (NMT)
Myofascial Release (MFR)
Cupping
Each session is tailored to your needs and goals.
Because every day is different and everyone’s body is unique, we’ll always start a session talking about how your body is feeling and what you’d like out of the massage.

When we're able to release muscles and connective tissue that have been either
"locked long" or "locked short," we can bring circulation back to those areas and
help bring balance back to the body.
